OVERALL PURPOSE OF JOB
This position is responsible for Receiving inbound calls from customers related to HR Services and respond to emails as applicable

Clarify the needs of the customer, answer customer inquiries related to Payroll, Personnel Information Changes, Earning Statements, Personal detail updates, Leaves etc
Assist in the resolution of the concerns of the customer. Educate the customer when necessary, Help identify and resolve all queries
Responsibilities / Authorities
Provide Top Quality Customer Service in all customer interactions.
Record and document all customer contacts.
Remain available to answer calls and emails 9.5 hours per day.
Maintain the appropriate level of process knowledge.
Demonstrate command of all support applications.
Handle all customer calls to avoid escalation, whenever possible.
Continuously improve call handling skills, systems knowledge, and communications skills.
Participate in process improvement initiatives. Work Environment and Personal Development.
Support and sustain a positive work environment that fosters team performance through own work and behavior.
Be receptive to performance feedback and work on improving own skills.
Help identify and resolve conflicts.

Any graduate from Govt. recognized universities
10+2+3 Diploma Holder (equivalent to Graduation) from Govt. recognized universities

Prior international call center work experience preferred

Able to work on a flexible basis as determined by the business needs - US Shifts Only (nights) or 24x5
